Part Exchange Disclosure Statement

When Braintree Van Sales Limited ("the Company") accepts a vehicle as a part exchange, such vehicles are subsequently offered for resale strictly without any form of warranty, guarantee, or after-sale responsibility from the Company. All part exchange vehicles are sold on a "Trade to Trade" or "Sold as Seen" basis. By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that the Company bears no liability for any mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, or structural defects, whether apparent at the time of sale or arising thereafter.

Unless expressly and specifically stated in writing within the individual vehicle advertisement, no warranty is provided, and no representation is made regarding the condition, suitability, performance, or reliability of any part exchange vehicle. No verbal assurances or discussions shall be deemed to form part of the contractual agreement.

All part exchange vehicles will, however, undergo the Company's standard BVS 117-Point Inspection Check. This inspection is undertaken solely to record the vehicle's condition at the time of intake and does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or confirmation of roadworthiness. The inspection report is provided for information purposes only.

By purchasing a part exchange vehicle from Braintree Van Sales Limited, the buyer accepts that the vehicle is purchased entirely at their own risk and that the Company shall not be held responsible for any issues that may arise following completion of the sale.
